Businesses please make sure to mark the box with your logo. Participating businesses can take this time to interact as much as they wish with the parents and families visiting their establishment. This event opens the door to participating community members and allows for a great marketing tool to educate visitors about the business while creating connections between business and community. Businesses can still participate by donating a prize and being added to our prize sponsors advertising. 2022 BINGO Cards to PrintīUSINESS MEMBERS SECTION Businesses can register to be apart of the 2022 BINGO event NOW (UPDATE: Square sponsorships are sold out. The drawing to be held shortly after 4PM. On the 11th all cards need to be handed in by 3:30PM at the Chamber booth. Large prizes will only be given to those present. If you are not present and arrangements have not been set up previous to the drawing, the prize will then be given to the next name drawn. Prizes will not be saved, especially the larger prizes. Once the prize is claimed for said person or by a representative w e are no longer responsible for the prize. Large prizes will only be given to those present.) If the name of the person representing does not match the name written on the back of the card the prize will go to the next person. If you wish to participate, but know you will be unable to be present on June 11 at 4PM, please make arrangements ahead of time, write the name of who will be picking up for you on the back of the card. You will then be entered into the drawing to win the monthly prize(s).COMMUNITY MEMBERS HOW TO PLAY: Participants can visit participating businesses beginning Monday, May 30th. So, s ign into your account before 11:00pm on the 25th of each month and Upload a picture of your stamped bingo board. Once you have completed patronizing 5 businesses in a row or diagonal on your bingo sheet (see examples below). If you do not present your printed GreenBookBingo Card, you will not received credit for the location in the bingo game. The business will STAMP your printed bingo card with a special GreenBookBingo stamp. You must have your bingo sheet to show digitally (on your phone/mobile device) or printed for the month to receive special discounts and/or food items. You have 25 days from the start of each month to patronize as many businesses on the sheet. Once you have printed your bingo sheet, start patronizing the businesses listed on the bingo sheet. New Bingo Sheets will be available starting at the beginning of each month until the 25th. Once done, you will be granted access to your Member’s Page.
